Additional fees may apply based on the complexity of your customization request. A detailed quote will be provided for your approval before processing the order.
Custom orders are non-refundable once the customization process has started. A 50% deposit is required.
The production time for custom orders varies depending on the scope of the customization. Expect a potential 2-3 month timeline, including design, production and delivery.
